In June 2012 I conducted a workshop for 100 female Jewish and Muslim social leaders at TechCamp Israel.
TechCamp is an initiative of Hillary Clinton and The USA State Department to narrow the gap between technology and social leaders. Events are held in many countries and I got to participate in the one held in Israel.
Last June I gave a worshop to 20 young Jewish women as part of their visit to Israel. The workshop was organized by the WZO and was part of their visit to the Presidential Conference.
I asked them to create together a portrait of 'The Modern Jewish Woman'.(not the easiest task!)
Here are some nice images of the workshop.
In February 2015 I had the pleasure to be invited to #Gather, a conference organized by Seeds of Peace, an organization we all should know about.
In Gather, which was held in the Jordanian Dead Sea, (the lowest or deepest point on earth) more than 200 participants from Israel, Gaza, Ramallah, Bethlehem, East Jerusalem, Jordan, Egypt, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, US, UK, Canada and other countries got together in order to work on creating a network of people who want to make a change in the Middle East (mainly). Many of the participants had attended the camps of the Seeds of Peace as teenagers and some of them were seeing for the first time friends they had met in camp years ago.
